  Nauset's Filter Cleaning Process uses no liquids, acids, bleaches, or degreasers. Nauset's Filter Cleaning Program provides a 10% savings on your NEW filters alone and over 65% savings on your filter costs.

  The pre-coat remains on the filter and the cellulose is not weakened by liquid or chemicals. While dry cleaning does not restore the filters original color, it does restore most cartridge air filters back to 99.6% efficiency.

  Before a filter can achieve optimum performance, it must first build up a level of contamination, known as "Pre-coat" Since this occurs in the first 15% of new filter life -- the filter does not operate at maximum performance its entire life. Our dry cleaning process allows the "pre-coat" to remain on the cartridge, enabling the filter to be restored to its peak performance levels immediately.

  Our unique cleaning process includes a controlled combination of regulated air pressure, vacuum, vibration and cartridge rotation. No bleaches, chemicals or water is used during any phase of the cleaning process.

  Each filter is visually inspected under high intensity lighting to check for pin holes or torn media. It is then tested twice using an air flow manometer.
